Calvary - Copyright 5/4/98 by Dan Sharpe.

Red blood running, flowing free,
life ebbing, poured out just for me.

Cascading on the cruel rocks of Calvary,
the savior pours himself out to set us free.

Love poured out in streams of red,
The King's head hanging limp and dead.

A cost so terrible and great,
paid to open heaven's gate.

A perfect love so rare and ever true,
bore my sins to give what He was due.
